Corrupted checkboxes - how can??

Hello all, I have a very strange issue in my Power App and I need your help!

I have developed a nice voting Power App in the Dataverse for Teams environment and this works perfect. I can publish the app to Teams, so that I can run the app in any Teams browser or Teams app. So far I had the same layout on all devices, but now I see a different (corrupted!) visual appearance for checkboxes when running the app in Teams.
Let me illustrate this with some pictures - this is the correct look in the Power Apps development environment within Teams:

But this is the look when running the same published app in a Teams-channel on my PC - with corrupted checkboxes:

And this is the look when running the same app in my mobile Teams-app - also with corrupted checkboxes:

Again: this worked always correct - and all other UI-elements are still correct - but suddenly ALL checkboxes in my app have this incorrect appearance.

Does anybody recognize this issue?
Or even better: how can I solve this issue, so that my checboxes look again correct on all devices?

Any tips or suggestions are welcome - thanks!!
Pim

Does it work with a Classic Checkbox ?

Thanks for your reply, but this IS with the Classic Checkbox!
And I actually prefer this Classic Checkbox, because it has many more (very usefull) attributes compared to the Modern Checkbox.

In the meantime I did some more investigation and found that this issue is NOT related to my (complex) Power App - it also occurs with a new Power App that contains just one page with the Classic Checkbox. I mean: it looks correct in the Development Environment, but it looks also incorrect in the published Teams app.

This is very strange, but I think this is related to the New (v2) version of Teams because it seems to work fine in the older (Classic) version of Teams! So, for some reason the new Teams version does not show the Classic Checkbox as before (yesterday!).

As a kind of rework, I changed the color of the CheckMark, so that it becomes invisible and so does not show the strange look. See picture below:

Not ideal, but looks better then before, so will continue with this setup.
But I will ask Microsoft if they are aware of this issue and ask them to fix it in order to get the Classic look back!

    Hi @PimJ
It was a bit hard to tell the contol type from your image and I agree that the Classic Controls still provide all the functionality needed - I am still using them on all apps. As a bit of an update, there have been a heap of posts in the last few days with exactly the same problem as yours on a variety of (mainly modern) control types. Have you tried reverting the build version number ?

Oh okay.. maybe my issue is related to all other complains and I hope that it get solved by MS soon!
I created intermediate backups of my app, by saving it under other names - so I have backups from weeks ago. But publishing these apps to Teams will exactly show the same issue, while they have worked fine before!

What do you mean by reverting the build version number?
Would it be possible to run my app with a previous version of Power Apps (in Teams), that did not have this issue?

I do not use the Teams interface, but you should be be able to follow this blog of mine when in Design Studio.

Thanks for your suggestion - very useful!
In Power Apps for Teams this works the same, so I was able to publish an older version of my app, that was made with an older build version. However.. this made no difference as the same problem still exists!

I'm pretty sure that the problem is caused by the newer version of Teams. I have one older Android tablet that runs the  old Teams version and this does not show the issue, but all other devices on the newest Teams have the problem. I hope that MS will fix this in Teams soon - thanks for your help so far!!

No problems - happy to assist. I think you are on the mark with the Teams version if it works in the old one.

Hi WarrenBelz, just as a final update on this issue:

I started a while ago to replace several Classic checkboxes in my PowerApp by the modern versions, but suddenly I discovered that also the Classic checkboxes look and behave as before - no matter what version of Teams I use.
So, this seems somehow be solved by Microsoft and as long as this works we can continue using the Classic checkboxes ;-)

Thanks again for thinking with me!
