We have a requirement to set up multiple power page portals in a single dynamic 365 environments.
These portals are serving external users outside our organization. It is possible that some external users will interact with multiple portals using the same email address but different information on other fields (for example, address, primary phone, etc..) . Therefore, in the contact table, there will exist multiple records (one for each portal) for such users with the same email. Each of these contacts can be setup to access different tables within the single dataverse instance. In addition, these portals can be setup so that the authentications (identity providers or custom authentication) are different from each other.
When these types of users attempt to login to a specific portal, I want the user record specific for the portal to be authenticated, so the right authentication control can be applied and once authenticated, the specific visibility rules assigned to the contact can take effect. Is this possible and how?
Thanks
@yey2000 Yes, it is possible to set up multiple Power Apps portals in a single Dynamics 365 environment to support users with the same email address. Each contact can be set up to access different tables within the single Dataverse instance. Read More details: Microsoft Learn
