Common data service/ dataverse for users

Organization with Microsoft365 plan where i created a powerapp in default environment connected to CDS or DataVerse. Entity permission given to other users.

Once the app is shared,  can other users access the app ?  Is CDS free to use and share in default environment ?

    Hi @abhishek_123,

    No, unfortunately Dataverse (formally CDS) is not free and requires a Dataverse or Dynamics 365 license to use them and connect to them with the Power Platform connectors. The license required (and assigned to users) are one of the following:

    1. Power Apps per app plan
    2. Power Apps per user plan
    3. Any D365 types
