Custom Connector to ATOS call center

Hi,

 

I need to create a custom connector from PVA to a Call Center which has its own open interface for BOTS. The text chat will have to occur through this connectory. Does PVA support this type of integration? and if so, can you please point me in the right direction. Where I can find documentation or example code.

    There is documentation for finding custom connectors in the Power Platform Docs

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/custom-connectors/

     

    You could then use these actions in a PVA bot with flows
    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-flow
