I have created a custom chatbot for my department. The source of information for my chatbot to generate responses is a SharePoint with pages and documents. In the test co-pilot and in a power Apps the chatbot works perfectly, generating responses without errors. However, when it comes to integrating it into Teams, many failures occur. On many occasions, the chatbot does not respond and ignores my questions, sometimes it responds somewhat well and other times it stays attacked.
Is there any solution to improve the chatbot performance in Teams?
