send file shareable link from one drive to email (for collaborative editing)

I want to create a flow where when there is a new file that enters a drive, it is immediately shared to email. But not just as an attachment. I also want the file to be linked to my file so that several people can access and edit it at the same time (3 people can access and edit 1 file).

    You can use the Create Share link action, you can set the LinkType=Edit and LinkScrope= Anonymous or Organization.
