Hi,
I am trying to create an app with an Excel file as a starting point.I used the training file CoffeMachineData,xlxs as a template. My file does not work, but the coffee file works perfectly.What have I done wrong? Both files CoffeeMachineData and Species-animals are uploaded.

Can you describe what doesn't work exactly? Are you seeing any error messags? Are you saying that your app that uses the CoffeeMachineData.xlsx works, but an app that uses Species-animals.xlsx doesn't work?
The screenshot that you posted is what I would expect when creating an app with Excel as the starting point.
Can you describe what doesn't work, or what you're expecting to see?
If you're expecting to see the image, I would add an image control to the gallery and set the Image property to your SharePoint image URL.

what exactly are the issues?
when you click on the lables of you see (in your screenshot there are currently 3) you can set different values for it and then you see different things as u do now
