DB & File Capacity Usage

Good afternoon,

I have created a production environment in my tenant. No data has been added to this environment, except what was added automatically as part of the environment's creation or systematically since it was created. In the Admin Center under Licensing > Capacity, Power Platform is reporting 2.77 GB of database usage and 3.9 GB for file usage. Why is so much database and file usage being reported when I have not added any data to this environment?

Any assistance in helping me understand would be greatly appreciated.

Normally if this much space is being used, it's from the Solutions that are installed (or data loaded).

can you share what your capacity pictures are for files etc and also for the tables etc inside of Dataverse? we might be able to figure that out

Good morning @Michael E. Gernaey,

Below are screen shots of the database and file usage graphs. Log usage for this environment is 0 GB. This environment is designated as production. I had also created a sandbox environment that has a similar issue, though much less database/file usage.

Originally the System Job (asyncoperation) table consumed a good amount of database usage. I set up a daily bulk record deletion job for this table that deletes any record older than 1 week. This is the only action I've taken in this environment other than creating it.

Let me know what other information I can provide that would be helpful.
