Blue plus sign next to certain fields within Power Apps lead form

Hi there,
 
Does anyone know what these blue plus signs indicate for the First Name and Company fields within the Power Apps lead form? I know that the red asterisk* indicates a required field and gives you an error message if said field isn't filled in but curious as to what this icon means? Thanks!

    Hello! This mean business recommend, you can set that to tell that this information is recommend to be populated. On the required of the field you can set it.

    This is for business recommended. If your column is business recommended then it will show a blue + sign and if it business required then it will show the red * mark.
