One of the users in our tenant has the issue, when using the power apps mobile app no apps are displayed. She is connected to the internet which is stated a common problem by Microsoft (Troubleshoot issues for the Power Apps mobile app - Power Apps | Microsoft Docs). She is also logged in and refreshed. She can access the app from a desktop pc, so the permissions are there.
Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?
