Can't create cloud flow from power portal pages

Can't create cloud flow from power portal pages. It shows the option disabled and can not find any cloud flow, even though I have 3 cloud flows in the same environment and same account.

Can you confirm your Portal solutions are up to date and that you have enabled the enhanced data model.

Almost the same with me. I can create a new flow, but like the old ones, it will not appears anymores after I get the URL. And I confirm that myPortal solutions are up to date and that I have enabled the enhanced data model.
