Hi, I am following the above link to create a chat bot but in "production bot" of PVA not in canvas...

It doesn't have the option to go to previous step so I was not able to loop the process..
what's the alternative solution?

I want to loop this process by asking a question to the user, do you want to ask a follow-up question? if yes then go to step "What would you like to ask me?" if not then stop the bot

In the production version, have you tried the drag & drop feature to change the path after a node?
