Disabling the Canvas App for the user

There is Skill App which is built for the user to give inputs, We wanted to disable the app now so that no user can change the ratings what they have given . Later on again we can make enable for them to give the ratings. How to make the app diable for sometime

    You have 2 methods to this propose:
    1. Remove sharing to the app temporally (maybe the most efforted)
