Is there a way to block external tenent from accessing the data from our current Tenent.

Yes. It is possible. But guess the feature is not yet enabled for Prod environment.
Login to https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/governance/tenantIsolation
Create New tenant rule with an inbound direction.
Enter the tenant domain to enable the rule. (refer below screen shots)

Hi @rampprakash,
Yes, you can setup Cross Tenant isolation to prevent this. In your particular case, restricting Inbound connections is what you are after.
