Sharepoint List Calculated Number column showing as type TEXT

Hello all,

I have a sharepoint list that has a calculated column with that returns a "Number". However, in Powerapps, this column shows up as a text column, so I cant use math functions against it. (And more importantly, it's not delegatable)

Is this by design, or a bug?

Sharepoint treats it as a number.

But PowerApps sees it as text.

    Wrap the Test in the formula with value like;

    && Value(TEST)>0

    Hello!

    I know this will fix the fact that it's a text column and not a number column, but this does not make it delegatable. 😞

    Create a collection Onvisible of the screen:

    ClearCollect (ReclaimWf, 'Reclamation Workflow')

    The replace the Datasource in your formula with ReclaimWf

    hi there is the column in sharepoint indeed a number. the behavior is not normal or by design.

    the sorting will behave that way on text and a number, can you please check that list setting in SharePoint. Your code should work

    Hi I think I am having a similar issue, I have a sharepoint list that has a calculated field Hours*Rate returns a total, all have been set to return a number. I am trying to populate a word document with Sharepoint list fields and the number are not maintaining formatting, specifically currency fields.

    I have built a workflow that uses numberformat that properly formats an output of the rate field and places in a word document formatted as a currency. However when I try the same with calculated column "Total" I get an error message:

    Is there a work around, or code that I am missing.

    Specially as it relates to the calculated fields
