Upload document feature doesn't seem to be used as source

I tried the new Upload document feature under AI Capabilities (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/nlu-documents) but the generative answer doesn't seem to benefit from my documents, tried different PDFs and TXTs files, but the generative answers results seem to be the same whether I the documents are uploaded or not. Is there any extra steps needed? How can I troubleshoot this feature?

@LeandroTavares Are you still having this issue with using the uploaded documents?

There was an issue that under some cases, results were not being returned from uploaded documents, but has since been fixed.

Sorry to hear that the feature is still not working for you.

There are two things you can check. First is to ensure that generative answers is enabled on the AI capabilities setting page. If not, enable and click on the save button at the top of the page.

If the Generative answers feature is enabled, the next item you can check is the Boost Conversations tab in the Analytics pages of Power Virtual Agents. It will provide stats on why generative answers is not returning a result.

If you are still getting no results, I recommend contacting Microsoft support to help troubleshoot the issue.
