Hi everyone,
I want to create a canvas app with a custom table from Microsoft Dataverse.
If I use a custom table, how will I export the app and import it to another environment where there is no custom table

Along with App, you have to export that custom table as well to the required environment as unmanaged / managed solution .
Ok, in the source environment, the publisher to be used should be cds default publisher or should I create a new one?
It is better to maintain separate publisher so that customizations can be easily identifiable.
