Searching documents with Copilot Studio in sharepoint site and getting no results

IT built me a site, companyname.sharepoint.com/sites/mylibrary (not a real site but used here for reference) I have put <3mb file in documents section of the webpage. However, when I ask specific questions that have answers in the document, I get the bot non-answer

"Escalating to a live agent is not currently configured for this bot, however this is where the bot could provide information about how to get in touch with someone another way.

Is there anything else I can help you with?"

It is my understanding that the search is limited to two layers deep, with that in mind, my site is 2 layers deep, so shouldn't any loose documents on that site and not nested in a folder be open to searching?

Hi - Did you resolve your issue? I have sharepoint searching correctly across "abc.sharepoint.com/teams/" but i cannot get searching to work across "abc.sharepoint.com/sites/"

Thank you Alaa, very helpful indeed. Do I need to go to my IT dept to get the ClientID and client secret? I don't know what to put there.

Have enable the manual authentication? Also make sure to include profile openid Sites.Read.All Files.Read.All in the scope
