Copilot keeps redirecting to wrong topics

Hello,

 

I keep experiencing issues with my Copilot. It's mostly multiple choice questions, and it keeps redirecting to the wrong topics if words are similar.

It's doing in it also with the 'start over' topic, which has never happened.
