21I'm building a model driven app for a client that wants to use the Dynamics 365 app for Outlook to create new activities on a record.
I need to customize the app to:
1) Remove some of the potential activities that can be created, and
2) Add a custom activity entity called Request Submission, so that it is visible when the + button is clicked.
The documentation, here, shows that you can edit the app, but it is showing in my environment as a managed app. When I try to edit, I get an error.
