Admin Center automatically setting of User

Hey everyone,

when I create new Power Platform environments, one specific user is always automatically assigned the “System Administrator” role. I then have to add myself manually every time.

Extra context about creation process:

The environments aren’t created by a real person. I trigger the creation via a Power Automate flow, and GitHub does the actual build for me.
New environment with Dataverse database
I’m not added as System Admin automatically
The automatically assigned System Admin is always the same user

Questions:

Why is that particular user automatically assigned as a System Administrator?
Can this be configured so that I (or another account/team) automatically gets the System Administrator role on every new environment created by?

Until recently, users with Azure Admin roles such as Global Admin, Power Platform Admin, etc. were automatically added as sysadmins for their environments.
Does this user have one of those roles?
