I am creating a rewards portal , we have field "Type of award" with three images below with text as "Guiding Star","Rising Star" & "Star Team".Requirement is when user click on an image with text below, then example Guiding Star store into SP list and page should navigate to other associate page.

Ignore previous message.
I have one field call "Request Owner" which is having all the email Id including personal and shared mailbox email. When I select the shared email Id it shows an error "Network error when using patch function" how can this be resolved ?

Is the column that you try to save your data in by any chance a Person type column?
If so, that might lead to the error. A shared mailbox is not a person and not a group in the sense that SharePoint uses it.
you might want to switch to saving your data in a simple text column if that is the case.

It is person or group type of column select in sharepoint list.
Using simple text column will not work bcs I dont want user to enter the email ID manually everytime and also I want to display all the personal email ID which is connected thru outlook. Do we have any option in SP to select only person , not a group ? Any formula to trim the generic mail ID ?

Both options will work.
You can store as text and restrict entry to email addresses only in the App, or you can switch of the possibility to select groups in the SharePoint list column.
