Analytics showing as blank and all 0's

Hi all,

I have created a bot in teams that has been released to the business, when it was in dev the analytics were working fine but not people are using it (and I know they are) there are no analytics. I've tried re-publishing etc. and no luck. Has anyone got any ideas?

Hi @CraigWG ,

The analytics is not in real time.

Did you wait for 6 hours? After 6 hours, the chat transcript will be stored in the database and also, maybe the analytics will be store on the dashboards.

If it is not showing properly, try to wait 24 or 48 hours after that, we have some delay to apply everything.

It went live to the business on Monday and we're had no analytics since then 😞

I'm afraid not; the uptake was low (based on s survey), so we stopped using it.
