System dashboard vs personal dashboard

‘Hello,

 

Can user create system dashboard as they create personal dashboard?

so they don’t have to create personal dash aboard and share it to new user each time.

when they create system dashboard it will be available to all users.

    It is not possible.
    User can share a personal dashboard with a team,  but to create a system dashboard users need special privileges, usually available through System Customizer and System Administrator roles.
    Can't convert a personal dashboard into system dashboard either.

    It is not advisable for the users to be able to directly create System Dashboard or Views to avoid it becoming a nightmare for System Administrators. However, when a user creates something that the entire organisation could be benefitted from then the System Admin can use the 'Personal Views Migration' tool in the XRMToolBox (https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/plugins/Carfup.XTBPlugins.PersonalViewsMigration/) to convert Personal views and dashboards to System components.
