Get emails (V3) doesn't always work

I have a process that runs and verifies that emails were sent. Today for example, I sent 300 emails and 3 couldn't be verified using "Get emails (V3)". To retrieve the emails, I use From, To and Subject then check that there is a valid message ID. I checked both the Sent Items and Mail flow logs manually and the messages were sent. I can see them in the Sent Items folder.

At first, I thought it could be a timing issue between sending and verifying so I create a new flow just to check. It still doesn't see the message. I widened the scope removing the "Subject", still couldn't see it, then removed the "To". It returns all the messages around it, but not the message I was looking for. It's like it just can't find a handful of messages from each batch.

Is this a known issue? At a bit of a loss.

Get emails (V3) doesn't always work
Have you read the documentation of that connector:

Please note that filtering related to these fields: To, Cc, To Or
Cc, From, Importance, Fetch Only With Attachments, Subject Filter, is
performed using first 250 items in a given mail folder. To avoid that
limitation you can use 'Search Query' field
    .

We also have a flow that should get emails for specific duration, but it doesn't capture everything at one time. It has to be run at least three times before it gets all the relevant emails, that is without changing anything in the Get emails action settings. Has anyone found a solution to this?

I can confirm this issue. It provides an empty output for emails being in the inbox.

I wanted to transfer mail attachments to a SharePoint list. For the first batch of mails it worked fine, but then it stopped working without having changed anything. I can find the emails where I want to get the attachments from.

I've got similar problem, my flow usually works fine, but sometimes it doesn't read email properly even if it was send, and nothing was changed subject, recurrence etc

No, I never did. The frequency has decreased somewhat, but occasionally emails that are sent cannot be retrieved with the Get Email V3 function. Ther show up in the accounts sent items and in message trace as having been sent, but poling by ID with Get Email V3 returns no data. This happens about 3-5 times out of a thousand messages.
