Hi,

We are using Dynamics 365. With Power Apps, I'd like to trigger a flow when a new case has been created.

I can get it working that it happens whenever a new case has been created, but I can't get the filtering right. I currently have it set up as shown in the attachment, but it's not working.

Hello,

Your filter should look like web-api one. So it should be something like

_customerid_value eq 7285effa-efd2-ed11-a7c7-0022480814aa

where "7285effa-efd2-ed11-a7c7-0022480814aa" is the Id (GUID) of your customer.

And how would it be done if I'd like to filter on multiple GUIDs?

@Robbertoo in this case you can build your filter using "or" - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/developer/data-platform/webapi/query-data-web-api#logical-operators
