Hey everyone.

I am currently building an app where I have to have a Person column. I am achieving this using a relationship to the User table.

What I discovered is that not all users in my organization are there. The list is incomplete.

Can you share where environment users come from?

How often are they refreshed?

If I add a user to an AAD team will that user be automatically added to the environment?

If I add a security group to my environment settings, will the members become members of my environment?

PS: I would rather not use the AAD user table in Dataverse, because again I have no idea how its data is populated.
