13Hello Copilot community,
We have been running tests and developing chatbots in Copilot Studio for quite some time now. We were happy with the product until we wanted to go further with the generative answers.
We are testing to get answers with a company website as the source for the chatbot's knowledge. We also have some other knowledge sources like a knowledge base.
However, when we ask a question about a specific product which is 2 or 3 levels deep from the provided website link, or even one layer deep, it gives back the wrong answer including the wrong link which leads to a completely different product.In rare cases, it does give us the right answers, but in most cases, it unfortunately does not. Has anyone run into similar issues where this functionality just doesn't work as it should?
