How to track changes in Power Apps Canvas Apps multi line text field (or HTML one)?

Hello, is there any way to track changes in Power Apps multi line text field, especially in HTML one? We are considering creating a code component using PCF or Azure Functions connected with app via Power Automate. Is there any existing solution/PCF or easier way to do this with existing components?

    Hello!

     

    I don' find any option to do it. I just think, may can help you. Create CDS entity and create an audit, where you can track ( On the model driven app) if someone change this field.
