Hi, everyone. I've tried everything to try and make powerapps studio work on my computers, 2 laptops in fact. One laptop which is not my main workstation seems to work okay, while the other simply won't open powerapps studio. After clicking edit on my app to make changes on the studio, it simply won't connect anymore. The problem stop there. On the laptop that does work and is able to open the studio, it would loose authentication after 1 or 2 hours. A popup that says Authenticate would show and despite clicking to authenticate, it would show up again after 10 seconds. it would do this consistently until an IT helped me put powerapps studio and our company sharepoint website on the list of compatibility view for Internet Explorer, however this is a badaid approach and powerapps would loose connection again after a couple of hours. This is more prevalent when both website are removed from the compatibility view of Internet Explorer. This is very frustrating as I have made several apps and has never had this issue. It's now going on my 3rd week and there is no fix in site.
I have done the following already:
- cleared Internet Explorer and reset all settings.
- added both https://us.create.powerapps.com/studio/ and our company SharePoint list in the trusted site of Internet Explorer and moved the level to medium or medium high with no change
- IT have tried helping me out by adding both site as well under IE compatibility view (but again this is the bandaid approach and it doesn't work on my main laptop at all since powerapps studio won't even connect after clicking edit app)
- I have allowed cookies for all my browser, chrome, edge, internet explorer
- I have also sync my laptop time
When I check the error for authentication it is saying something about my SSO and token, I wasn't completely sure what this means and no one in my company is able to fix it. Another error that i saw was a miscommunication from my browser setting. Again, I don't have a screenshot of these because I can't get in the studio. This is definitely not a power outage as well because my coworkers have access and I have no idea what has changed in my account...
If anyone can help direct me in solving this, I would greatly appreciate it since I have a lot of project in the pipeline.
