Getting unknown error while importing solution

Hi Team,

I am trying to import a solution to a different environment but getting the below error.

An unknown error occurred.

Our solution consists of 2 canvas app, 19 power automate flows, 1 environment variable and 4 connection references and 1 component library. Our canvas app other than this also refers to a PowerBI dashboard tile located in a workspace.

I have exported the solution and tried importing it back into different environment as well as in the same environment but getting the below error. Can anyone please help me understand why i am getting this error ?

I get the same error and it's not the zip file. Another sys admin was able to import the file. It's not browser specific as I get the error in Chrome & Edge. It is org specific as other client orgs solution imports work fine. I could also import the same file into a trial environment.

Any tips are appreciated!

Hi

Does the solution already exists in the environment you are importing to? Or is it a brand new solution it tries to create instead of an upgrade of the existing?
Is it an import of a managed solution or unmanaged?

If the solution already exists, try to open the solution history and check for more specific errors
