Hi,
I am facing to get list of canvas apps.
Below is the documentation list which is referred to get the list of canvas apps.
- When we try to retrieve the data, the response is showing null even though there is a canvas app in the environment.

I am also facing to get list of workflows. Do I have any extra things which we need to pass to retrieve cloud flows?

It sounds like you're starting to build a tool that helps folks manage the power platform: see the apps, see the makers, etc. That about right?
If so, I'm happy to tell you you can get there with MUCH less work. What you're looking for is the Power Platform CoE Starter Kit. This kit comes out of the Microsoft PowerCAT team and is a VERY powerful monitoring and governance tool that accomplishes the listing of all Apps, all Environments, all Flows, all Makers, and much much more. I STRONGLY recommend that you use the CoE Kit rather than trying to build this yourself; it will save you TONS of time and give you enormously more functionality!
