Custom actions don't seem to be called.

I created a custom action using a Power Platform licensed connector. I defined the action well, with plenty of text so that the context would be well defined to the AI, and whenever I try to test from the test button, or going to Copilot for Microsoft 365 after publishing I can't seem to have it triggered.

I then tried to use licensed connectors like FreshDesk and GitHub, same thing. I'm unable to have the AI using these actions to gather more information. If I ask something simple like: "In FreshDesk, what is the status of ticket #12345". It will only look in SharePoint and email, and never call the actual actions defined. I guess I'm missing something, how can I have custom actions triggered from Copilot for Microsoft 365 without creating a custom Copilot?

Have you enabled 'Generative' option in Generative AI section?

If yes, try modifying the prompt in the custom action and and provide instructions in detail to be able to called/triggered by Copilot.

I did not see any Generative AI section when creating the action. Is this defined at the specific action or connector level? Where I've been in selected Copilor for Microsoft 365, then the Actions tab. I then added my actions and I don't see anything for generative AI, but it would explain why it's not picked up. Thanks for the reply I appreciate.
