Hi,

I have 10 different multi-select choice column called 'standard 1', 'standard 2'..etc, with a maximum of 6 choices like 1.1,1.2 in each standard in my SharePoint list as per below screenshot.

I have another choice column called 'Issue1', 'Issue2'..etc, with choices of " yes, no, n/a "

Question:
1. Each standards from the standard field - 1.1,1.2,1.3 etc should be able to show if its either yes,no,n/a. What is the best approach to do this in PowerApps form?

2. If user selects multiple standards - it shows the items as per below, how to change it to show the actual data from the dropdown or show atleast 1.1, 1.2 etc instead?

I'm not sure on how to create the above in PowerApps, any help would be really appreciated!

Thank you!

i did not get your 1st question

    for second question :

you cannot show it in combobox. the reason its showing four items is space is not sufficient for combobox to show all items.

possible option is to use a label  below it and for label you can concat the values in combobox seperated by comma or something

    Hi @Heisshena

No, it's not possible to do this with a choice column. What I would suggest is that you create 2 lists.
The first list would store the Standard Heading titles .

    StandardHeading (ID, StandardHeadingTitle)

The second list would be called StandardDetails. This would store the child details and would look like this

    StandardDetails (ID, StandardHeadingID, IssueDescription, IssueResult)

The IssueResult would store the result (eg, Y, N, NA)
