    Not sure how you built the link, if you use a gallery which links to your sharepoint.
    it should be like :

    Download(
            "https://xyz.sharepoint.com/sites/abc/_layouts/15/download.aspx?" &
            "SourceUrl=https://xyz.sharepoint.com/sites/abc/" &
            ThisRecord.'Full Path')

    I share one case for you.

    Meanwhile, test the app in another computer, to exclude the PC problem, for example customized settings for Edges, etc.

    Hi @Anniejn,

    Try using the “Share” link for the file and add ?download=1 at the end of the URL along with Launch() (eg:Launch(<sharelink>?download=1). This forces the browser to download the file directly, making it work smoothly in both Edge and Chrome.

    Only caveat:
    Users will need to enable popups the first time and set the browser to always allow popups for your app. After that, downloads should work without extra prompts.

    Why this approach?
    It ensures a consistent download experience and avoids the open/cancel popup, making it much more user-friendly across browsers.

    Please give the mentioned solution a try and let me know whether it works for you.
    If it solves your issue, feel free to mark this thread as answered.
    Please make sure to like the response!
    Thanks!
