attached files to pdf

Hi,

I have created a simply app where I record inspection details with attached files (mostly images), which will be listed/saved in sharepoint.

Concerning that sharepoint has storage limit, I would like to reduce the attached file size as small as possible when saved in the sharepoint. I think one option I would think of is to convert the images to PDF file and only PDF file is saved in the sharepoint.

However, I do not know how I can do so.

Would you kindly explain how this can be achieved? If there is any other option, please advise me.

Regards,

MK

    @dogbural ,

    OneDrive has a PDF converter when used in Power Automate, but I am not sure the files will be any smaller as image files are generally compressed fairly well natively.
