Collect all direct reports members

ReportReport

Hello everyone,

I'm currently working on PowerApps and have created a manager view. Within this manager view, I've implemented a dropdown box to filter the direct reports to that manager. However, it currently only filters requests for each individual, but I would like to create a filter that allows managers to see all requests from all team members.

Could someone please assist me in setting up a filter that enables managers to view all requests from their team members within the PowerApps manager view? Any guidance or insights on achieving this would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello,

what does your filter query for the dropdown look like?
Where do you get the information about who is subordinate to whom or who has to report to whom?

The filter I'm using in the dropdown box is the formula Office365Users.DirectReportV2(User().Email).value. This method helps the currently logged-in user in PowerApps to retrieve the number of users who are directly reporting, referencing the organization chart in Office365.

However, as it stands, it only allows me to display individual members and enables viewing requests on a per-member basis. I have a requirement to incorporate an 'All Members' option in the dropdown box so that I can view all the requests from the users who are directly reporting to that current logged-in user.
