I have several questions regarding Copilot Studio and low-code AI Microsoft tools, and I would need to speak with a specialist.

Copilot Studio

I want to use "AI Prompts" / custom prompts within Copilot Studio. What is the cost for these? Do they count towards the 25,000 messages per month limit?
How much do additional messages cost beyond the 25,000 messages per month limit?
While using the trial, I've noticed that sometimes the generative responses are vague and don't work properly. Would this also be the case with a paid license?
When will it be available in a European environment/tenant? Is it necessary for the tenant to be in the USA?

And lastly, a technical question:

If I want the Chatbot (Copilot Studio) to be public and not use authentication, which knowledge bases can I use?

1 - Yes, AI Prompts consume messages. Message Consumption rates: 1) Regular (Non-generative AI) = 1 message. 2) Generative AI (Answers over your data) = 2 messages.

2 - You can purchase several $200 Microsoft Copilot Studio packs. Each one bring 25K messages.
