Power Apps per user license with premium connectors

  1. Believe we can use the Azure SQL and Azure Storage connectors from a Power App utilizing a Power App per user plan?
  2. Once the app is created and shared with other users would all users who want to execute the Power App need an additional Power App per user plan for each user? Can they instead use their default app access as part of their O365 E3 plan instead?

    Hi @singhdeven :

    Let me answer your questions one by one:

    1\Yes.

    The authorization scope of "Power App per user plan" includes the premium connectors, so the answer is YES

    2\Yes,No

    Only users with specified licenses can use premium connectors.Therefore, to use an app with an premium  connector, the person must have the corresponding license.

    O365 license does not include premium connectors, so the answer is No.
