    Hi @ikmalbalo ,

    This is generally cause by a mis-match between the data types of the source and target values, so check that each field is being presented with data of the same type.

    i think i have follow the type from my sharepoint list

    Title - Single line of Text

    Requestor_Terminal - Lookup

    Requestor_Name - Person or Group

    Final_Request_Value - Number

    Contract_CTR_No:Contract Title - Lookup

    Contract_CTR_No:Expiry Date - Lookup

    Contract_CTR_No:Approved Contract Value - Lookup

    @ikmalbalo ,

    Your issue is probably with your Lookup columns depending on the Items of those drop-downs. If they are not simply Choices(ListName.FieldName), you need to patch back the Id also. Some code of the Items (in Text ) would be useful

    @ikmalbalo ,

    I was asking for the Items of the drop-downs containing the Lookup columns - Choices(ListName.FieldName)  simply refers to your list and field name for the column - If the Items are this, your Patch should work, If not it is nore complex.

    @ikmalbalo ,

    This normally one of your values patched is not matching the structure of the target field. Try starting with the first one on its own and then keep adding until you get the error.
