I am creating a new system for inspections on pieces of equipment that we need to inspect before use and monthly. I currently have one excel spreadsheet with the following columns; Inspection ID, Inspected By, Completed, Inspection Type, Faults Observed, Fault Summary, Red Tagged?, Fault Corrected By, and Correction Completed. Inspection ID through Red Tagged? are pulled from Form 1 as that is the inspection form. If Red-Tagged = Yes then it will send an email to the head of our maintenance department informing him that the piece of equipment has failed inspection and requires their action. Inside that same email, I put the link to the second form which is the fault correction form. Once the fault has been corrected, I need it to update the last two columns in the spreadsheet (fault corrected by and correction completed). I've got up to the email working properly, but once the second form is submitted, it isn't pulling the form response detail into the same line that the email was initiated on. Does anybody have any idea on how to get it to connect to the same line?
