Over database capacity

I have created 6 or 7 apps that rely on sharepoint lists but now I want to use a sql connector.

Trying to create an environment but I am being stopped as over my database usage. I don't use CDS and it seems to he a table called webresourcebase but I don't use many web resources.

Anyone know how to see what's in these tables so I can try clear them down?
I have the same question (0)

This could probably be the Apps taking up the storage space internally.

please do check the below link for having any ways to free space/adding additional capacity in: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/capacity-add-on

Hi @CsmithLCB, what licenses do you have?

If you only have the licenses that come with Office 365 then you cannot create a new environment. You actually need a full Power Apps license to create environments, see here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-environment-powerapps#create-environmen...

Also, take a look at this thread for 2 other people who have had the same issue.

@vikulkar, it would be great if we could get an official response from Microsoft on this.  What seems to be happening is that people used to be able to create an Environment (without CDS) with the Power Apps Office 365 licenses.  Now they can't, as they get the error about not having enough capacity.  Even though they are not creating a CDS database with their environment.

That's the missing link I think.

We only have office 365 licenses (in fact I purchased a Per App license so that I could publish an app with the sql connector) so that is probably why it is not letting me. I did have a trial license before, I wonder if it will let me create an environment with just the trial license...

I did spend a frustrating 45 minutes on the phone to MS about this too, and they have not given the same answer, so I will check it out and get back to you.

@HSheild perfect! Your advice was spot on. I tried with the power apps trial license with no joy, but as soon as I purchased a Power Apps user license presto!
