SharePoint Only - "Use a custom form created in PowerApps" disabled after removing content type

Good morning,

I have an issue with "Custom forms" (PowerApps) on Sharepoint List.

I create a list with "content type A", then via  integrate/PowerApps/Custom form, I create a screen, publish it and it works fine during months.

For organizational reason, I had to change from content type, so I create "content type B", add it to the list ... and my Custom Forms works still fine.

Now I have decommission the first content type (Content Type A) and remove it from the list but my form is not triggered any more.

After some check (my form is still there) but the option on the list (List Settings/Forms settings) I see that the option is back to "Use the default Sharepoint form" and the "Use a custom form" is disabled.(Greyed out)

What can/have I to do to be able to reactivate this option ?

Many thanks in advance
