User onboarding List and Flow

Hi, 

I have a list that I have designed with infopath , for user onboarding . It`s a simple form and flow just informs diffrent departments.Now I need to add a new function to the form , that if a specific Application name selected from the combo box, requester should been asked to fill out more info .

So if JIRA access is requested 3 more info should be asked from the requested :

 

  • Types of projects they need access to in JIRA
  • Tempo Team Assignment
  • Whether or not they will be logging time in JIRA

is this possible using the powerapps?

    yes it is possible, i have already do it with powerapps,but zou need to add option button

    Hi @Aysan,

    Do you want to create a Onboarding form based on your SP list using PowerApps instead of Microsoft InfoPath?

    Based on the needs that you provided, I think PowerApps could achieve your needs.
