Creating a pop-out windows on the screen

How to create a pop up window which is displayed on same screen when user selects a row in the list gallery.This pop up displays more information of the selected row and should hold label, gallery list and button.

    You can do this by adding a shape and other controls together to make it look like a pop-up or dialog box then hiding it until it is needed. It isn't that easy to explain in a few sentences, so I have included some videos that cover the topic.
