Can anyone tell me the default Dataverse "Notes" file size & quantity (used in a powerapps form)

I enabled attachments on Table creation & am using a default Canvas app form.

Some users are experiencing limitations on the number of files they can upload to attachments. I presume this also relates to the total size of the files uploaded.

I am hoping to create a larger Files column in the Table for these users to use for attachments, but I don't know the current size.

Can anyone tell me the default file size and quantity for attachments if enabled on Table creation? I'm assuming that this is set on the Dataverse side, not on the PowerApps Canvas form side.

Thanks!

You can check this default value in system settings, it is 5 MB by default .. you can increase this based on your requirement..

    Suggesstion:

Try Using SharePoint to store the document from Dataverse, it will reduce cost and Size of Database.

    Thanks @rampprakash !

You mentioned I could try using SharePoint to store the documents from Dataverse. If I did that, will it integrate with a standard Canvas app form? (How would I link the attachments to SharePoint, when the fields are linked to a Dataverse Table?)

    Hello @Medoomi

Create a Microsoft flow, and make the flow to trigger on Creation of Notes, and move the attachment from Notes to Sharepoint

    Thanks again @rampprakash ,

I think I follow you on how to store notes in SharePoint, but I'm wondering how to link the two data sources back to a single Canvas app form...
