I cannot connect to Microsoft Services like Sharepoint, Onedrive, Teams, etc.

As you can see in the attached screenshots, I'm trying to connect an agent to SharePoint, which I added into the knowledge section. Usually, you click on connect, and it works fine, but sometimes (and it happens in 9/10 times for me recently) after clicking submit (which already indicates it should work) it loads and simply nothing happens. Even in power automate, it says connected.

I tried so many different things, I deleted all my connections in power automate, I deleted cache, I opened an incognito tab, I created a different user on my MacBook, I tried a different day, nothing helps. There is no error message and it sucks so hard.

Please help 😭

    hello, had this the whole evening, just "send a question" that match the description of the KB, then orchestration will try tu use it and... the "validate connexion" will pop, then accept it, add new source again and it work :)

    had to do this 3 time this evening :) i thinks it s just a temporary issue due to the lof of delivery of new great feature :)
     
    (if you try list sharepoint, at the moment i m haveing temporary problem too)

    @CU26051310-2 I tried your approach probably 50-100 times with different services, teams, onedrive, sharepoint, etc., with different setups, parrallels windows, chrome, safari, edge, incognito tabs, delete cache, delete all previous connections, it simply does not work and it is not the first time it happens, so it is not a tempoary problem.

    read the other answer : did you try with another navigator ? like edge or chrome ?
     
    If it solve not : you IT dude definetivly destroy something by applying DLP : all the source you try to use could be disable at tenant level by IT "big" admin. Try escalate at you r IT.
     
    if it use to work and same data stop : some one block some thing. 
     
    At last try you could ask you IT to open a ticket with MS.
