Hyperlink in power virtual studio

Hi Everyone.

I would like to ask your help.
I'm creating a bot for my team's organisation using power virtual studio. Inside the bot, I've put some hyperlink as a response.
So basically, my idea is the users can found the document that they are looking for by click the hyperlink which is link to the documents.
So the documents is store in a group team which has being set as everyone/visitors can see the group and all the documents inside it..

I've found a problem where some of the hyperlink working well and some of it not working well. Can i know how can i fix this?

Can you paste some example of the urls that are working well and the one tha isn't working?

Hi Fernando, I appreciate your response. Let me explain more in detail.
Below is how i copy the link, then i paste it in the bot PVA system.
In the chat, user can click the link below, and it will jump to the document/link to the document that i saved in the group, right?
Some, of the link working well . the user can succefully see the link that i copy and paste in the PVA.
But some of the link it just showed all white like below.
FYI, Below is how i paste the link from the teams group.

I appreciate your help with my problem.
