is there a way to change an Icon when you are chatting with robot on Microsoft Teams?

Did you do your chatbot inside the Microsoft Teams or inside the PVA web?

I have done it through PVA site not through Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Teams support only support for a channel?
I have updated both details and when I was publishing on the channel.
Yes, it's allowed only inside the channel or users can talk with the chatbot in a Personal scope.

You can customize the bot avatar icon by following instructions here:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/teams/customize-default-canvas-teams
The screenshot by editing details, edits the app icon in Teams which Microsoft Teams treats bot avatar icon separate from the app icon. The exception is if the bot was approved by admin then Teams will overwrite the bot avatar icon with the app icon.
