select specific rows of record from gallery and export to excel

Hello,

Is there a method to export specific rows of data from a gallery using checkboxes and then initiate a Power Automate flow with a button to export those selected records to Excel.

    @viny9889 - this is possible but the number of steps required would be too large for a forum post. You will need to generate a Collection on the OnCheck and UnCheck properties of the Checkbox controls embedded into the Gallery with e.g.:

     

    OnCheck:

     

    Collect(colSelectedItems, ThisItem)

     

    And then on the UnCheck property, use:

     

    Remove(colSelectedItems, ThisItem)

     

    You can then send that Collection to Power Automate using the Power Apps V2 trigger. See the example below:
